Keyword-based auto-replies

A DM automation in IGFlow starts with a "new message" trigger. When the message contains your keyword, your prepared reply is sent automatically. Create separate rules for recurring topics such as "price", "catalog" or "booking".

Replies can be personalised. Insert the sender's username or fields from the message with the {{ }} syntax; the ready-made recipe comes with these fields filled in, so no technical knowledge is needed.

Put message requests on rules

Messages from people you don't follow land in the requests folder. In IGFlow's flow builder you can read message requests as a source, filter them, approve them and send an automatic reply to the approved sender.

Real-time inbox

With the account's live connection on, new messages and notifications arrive in the panel instantly. Read and reply from the same screen and see whether an automation has already answered. If you manage several accounts, each one has its own inbox.

AI-written replies

When a fixed template is not enough, let a language model write the reply. Add your own OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic or Gemini connection, write your instructions, and the model answers based on the incoming message. See the AI assistant page for details.

What you should know

IGFlow works through the account's own session rather than Meta's official messaging API. That is what lets it follow, like, watch stories and collect audience data, which the official API does not offer. It also means Instagram's terms restrict this kind of automation, and accounts can receive temporary action blocks or restrictions. IGFlow does not remove that risk; it aims to reduce it with per-account limits, working hours and detection of silently ignored actions.
