After signing up, choose your plan on the "My plan" page in the panel, enter your billing address and pay by card. The plan is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a self-employment receipt (e-SMM) is issued for your payment; you can download it from the panel. Your card details never reach us.
Yes. Extra main accounts and extra read accounts are bought separately in the panel. You choose the duration in steps of 30 days and pay for the days you choose.
Main accounts run automations and messaging. Read accounts are only used to fetch data, keeping that load off your main accounts.
Purchases are made in the panel: after signing up, choose your plan on the "My plan" page and complete the payment. Prices exclude VAT; plans do not renew by themselves.
