IGFlow uses only the cookies needed for the service to work. It uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

igflow_access: session token. Used to recognise that you are signed in. Lifetime: up to 8 hours.

igflow_refresh: session renewal token. Keeps your session going without asking you to sign in again. Lifetime: 14 days.

igflow_renewals: counts consecutive renewals while your session is renewed on the server; it prevents endless redirects if something goes wrong. Lifetime: 1 minute.

igflow_account: remembers the Instagram account you opened last. Lifetime: 90 days.

igflow_sidebar_collapsed and igflow_profile_header_collapsed: remember whether the side menu and the account card are open or closed in the panel. Lifetime: 1 year.

igflow_recording_mode: administrators only; remembers whether the panel opens in the customer view for screen recording. Lifetime: 1 year.

igflow_drive_state and igflow_drive_locale: used only while a Google Drive connection is being set up; they confirm the connection request came from you. Lifetime: 15 minutes.

Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage. The history of your chat with the help assistant is kept in your browser's session storage until the tab is closed.

No third-party advertising or analytics script runs on the site. At the payment step the payment institution's secure payment form opens in a separate frame; that form may use its own cookies and is subject to the payment institution's own policy.

The cookies above are strictly necessary to provide the service, so they do not rely on your consent and the site shows no cookie consent window. If we start using a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookies, you cannot sign in to the panel.
