Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use the service, and the limits of liability.
Last updated: 2026-08-24
1. The service
IGFlow provides a panel that runs the automations YOU define on the Instagram accounts you connect.
IGFlow is an independent product with no connection to Instagram; it is neither endorsed nor supported by Instagram. The name "Instagram" is used only to identify the platform we work with.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.
You may only connect Instagram accounts you are entitled to use.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, harassment, deceptive content or anything that infringes the rights of others.
Complying with Instagram's own terms is your responsibility. Using automation may lead Instagram to restrict your account.
Reverse engineering, overloading the service or attempting to bypass its safeguards is prohibited.
4. Plans
Which modules you can reach and how many accounts you can add depend on the plan assigned to you.
When your plan expires automations stop; your data is not deleted.
Plan assignment and duration are managed by an administrator.
5. Availability
The service is provided 'as is'. No promise is made that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or changes on Instagram's side.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or restrictions Instagram may apply to your account.
You choose the automation settings; you are responsible for their outcomes.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached.
You may request closure of your account at any time.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and the date above changes.
