Last updated: 2026-10-16

1. Parties

SELLER: Yusuf Özbaş. Address: Aksaray. Tax office and number: Aksaray / 6650381982. MERSIS: —. Phone: +90 555 605 40 22. Email: help@igflow.app. Website: https://igflow.app.

BUYER: the person who creates an account on IGFlow and purchases a plan. The buyer's name, email address and phone number are those registered in the account at the time of purchase.

This agreement is drawn up under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. If the buyer is a business rather than a consumer, provisions specific to consumer law do not apply.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is providing the buyer, electronically and for the plan period, with the right to use the purchased IGFlow plan. IGFlow is web software that runs automations the buyer defines on the Instagram accounts the buyer connects; no physical product is shipped.

The modules, number of connectable accounts and duration included in the plan are shown on the plans page and in the order summary at checkout. The order summary forms an integral part of this agreement.

3. Price and payment

The total price of the plan, including taxes, is shown to the buyer at checkout, and no charge is made without the buyer's approval.

Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered at checkout. For every payment the Seller issues an electronic self-employment receipt (e-SMM); once issued, the buyer is notified at the email address registered in their account and can download it from the order page in the panel. A receipt issued to a company buyer shows income tax withholding as the law requires.

4. Provision of the service

Once payment is confirmed, the plan is assigned to the buyer's account and the service becomes available immediately. Delivery is electronic; there is no shipping or delivery fee.

Connecting Instagram accounts and setting up automations is the buyer's responsibility. The plan period starts when the plan is assigned to the account.

5. Term and renewal

The plan ends automatically at the end of the purchased period and does not renew automatically; the buyer is not charged again.

If the buyer wishes to continue, they purchase a new plan. When the period ends, automations stop; the buyer's data is not deleted.

6. Right of withdrawal

IGFlow is a service performed instantly in an electronic environment, and its performance begins with the buyer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply, pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

At checkout, the buyer separately confirms that they request the service to start immediately and understand that they will therefore lose the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to this rule and the cases in which refunds are made are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Obligations of the parties

The seller is obliged to provide the purchased plan for its duration. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or changes on Instagram's side.

The buyer is obliged to use the service in accordance with the Terms of Service and Instagram's own rules. IGFlow works through the account's own session rather than Meta's official API. Restrictions Instagram may apply to accounts because of automation are not the seller's fault and are not grounds for a refund.

If the Terms of Service are violated, the seller may suspend or terminate access.

8. Personal data

The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Consumer buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits.

For disputes with business buyers, the courts and enforcement offices where the seller is headquartered have jurisdiction.

10. Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the buyer reads and electronically approves this agreement and the pre-contract information at checkout. The current version is always published on this page.
